Antioxidant Barrier Oil is abundant in essential fatty acids that are able to quickly penetrate the skin, aiding in restoring the skin's lipid barrier. Essential fatty acids (linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid) are crucial to maintain balanced and healthy skin. They improve skin’s tone & texture, promotes skin hydration and elasticity, and also helps problem skin.
What does this mean?
While upon first use, the skin should feel silky, smooth and a boost of hydration, using the oil over time will help build up and restore the skin barrier providing lasting hydration.

Our Antioxidant Barrier Oil is truly an all-in-one face oil and can be used in multiple ways:
Warm 3-4 drops in palms and gently press into face, neck and chest. For best absorption, apply directly onto clean skin or after water based serums. Let your serums absorb for 1-2 minutes before applying the oil.
For extra hydration, mix with your favorite moisturizer or use as the last step in your skincare routine to lock in moisture.

Remove pump/dropper from bottle. Rinse the inside of the bottle with warm water to remove any visible product. Dispose of bottle (unassembled from the pump) into your recycling bin. Dispose of the pump/dropper in your regular trash bin.

How is Antioxidant Barrier Oil different than what's currently on the market?
Our top priorities when creating our Antioxidant Barrier Oil was ensuring:
1. ALL skin types would benefit - even acne prone. Unfortunately, a lot of products on the market force you to compromise. Luxurious and youth preserving face oils are often filled with pore cloggers, while acne-safe products usually have harsh ingredients that dry and age the skin.
2. That it was multi-functional and had the ability to layer. Most face oils can only be used as the last step in your skincare routine, ours is formulated to be able to be applied directly onto cleansed skin for maximum absorption AND as final step to lock in extra hydration!
We didn't want to compromise and we shouldn't have to. We wanted a silky, luxurious face oil that nourishes, brightens and preserves youth AND is acne safe. So we created it.
I already have oily or acne prone skin, can (and should) I still use this?
YES! This face oil is formulated with ZERO pore clogging ingredients, so it is safe to use on acne prone skin. Acne prone and oily skin types actually benefit from using the right oils. Our barrier oil has an abundance of essential fatty acids and linoleic acid, which are critical for healthy functioning skin and a strong skin barrier. If you have been afraid of using oils due to your skin type, look no further!
How does this face oil fit into my skincare routine?
We are so proud that our antioxidant barrier oil is SO versatile. We specifically developed this formula to integrate seamlessly with the rest of your skincare routine. Unlike most face oils that can only be applied as the last step of your routine, Antioxidant barrier oil is able to mix really well with other products, allowing you to layer. We recommend applying our oil either on freshly cleaned skin or after water based serums, to allow it to absorb deep into the skin for optimal results. Follow with moisturizer.

Are there any toxic ingredients or synthetic fragrances?
NO. We are extremely selective and intentional with every single ingredient we choose. Toxins, synthetic fragrances, hormone disruptors are a HARD PASS for us. We will always formulate with the highest quality, certified organic or natural ingredients we can find.
How often should I use it and how long will it last?
For the best results, we recommend using antioxidant barrier oil twice a day - AM and PM. Our team loves to use the oil in the AM on freshly cleaned skin, followed by a light moisturizer and sunscreen. In the PM, we love to apply after (or mixed with) moisturizer to really lock in moisture. This is also perfect to use a gua sha!
If using twice a day, the 30ml bottle should last you 2 months.

For much of my young adult life, I have struggled with treating my acne prone/combination skin while trying to balance the moisture needed for the more sensitive areas of my face. Sea Breeze and other witch hazel products would start out my day to “control” the oil and then another oil free moisturizer was added at night. For many decades since then, I have literally tried every form/type of cleanser and moisturizer known to mankind, religiously following all of the “steps” required daily to maximize skin health and FINALLY, at 62 years old, I have found a product that WORKS!! This oil is pure, it penetrates well and absorbs quickly. The quality and combination of these oils has left my complexion more hydrated and healthy looking without a residue feeling. I may be speaking for the more mature crowd here, but we know what we are talking about. Ingredients matter! It is easy to use and so versatile. My wife gets mad at me for being a "typical man". I don't have a face routine and complained about my face being dry one day, so she made me try this oil. Here I am buying another bottle because I now sneak a little every time she goes to bed. It smells great and my face is no longer dry but she's going to realize soon I've been taking hers

I love using face oils. I’ve tried so many, but this one feels so smooth and nourishing without the thickness or mess of other oils. It blends in so easily, and my skin absorbs it immediately. I’m obsessed with the natural scent of the oil as well.

I love this oil! I used to hate face oils because they felt super slimy and would transfer onto my pillows at night. I'm also very sensitive to smell and most of the face oils I used before smelt like I was putting potting soil on my face or had such harsh perfume smells I threw the whole product away. This face oil is a game changer for me, it absorbs into my skin so quickly and leaves my face actually feeling hydrated instead of feeling like a snail crossed my face! It has a lovely smell with subtle hints of citrus that doesn't give me a headache whatsoever! Take my credit card over and over because I'm not buying another product again
